Angie De La O is an international contemporary oil painter, and now lives and works in Southern California . Her work consists of oils , line drawings and a broad range of non- objective abstract art. Her early career was spent working figuratively , painting landscapes and still life in addition to commissioned portraits. Her work is small and intimate , filled with light and emotion, mostly derived from studies of the Dutch masters . Her personal style has developed in recent years and has become increasingly abstract-with simplified forms.
She has painted professionally for over 10 years and has art works in the permanent collections of Chateau Orquevaux France, and Galerie Diderot .
